Quick pick and hand pick: input cells, not a fate duel

Search says “quick pick wins more.” A fair RNG and a fair manual pick share C(45,6). The difference is human bias (birthdays, avoiding runs) on the chooser side. Pair with birthday-bias-lottery and rng-vs-mechanical-draw.

Bias lives on the chooser

Hands crowd 1–31. That does not enlarge the winning cell; it can change splits.

Terminal RNG

If the operator RNG is fair, quick pick is the same space. Certificates are the operator’s.

Fate

A saju generator is a culture layer, not a terminal printout.
