How this calculation works
The Korean real-estate pyeong used here is 1평 = 3.305785 m². That is the conventional listing factor (6 Korean ja × 6 ja), not a rounded 3.3 shortcut.
Square feet use the international foot (0.3048 m exactly), so 1 m² = 10.7639104167 ft². The converter goes pyeong → m² → ft² in that order so the three numbers stay consistent.
Switch the input unit to whatever the document uses. A 32-pyeong apartment is about 105.8 m²; a 100 m² plan is about 30.25 pyeong.
Supply area (공급면적) in Korean listings is larger than exclusive area (전용면적). Convert the number you actually care about — mixing the two is how “32평” and “84 m² exclusive” can both be true.

A listing says 32평. 32 × 3.305785 = 105.785 m², which is 1,138.7 ft². Going the other way, 84 m² of exclusive area is 84 ÷ 3.305785 ≈ 25.41평.

Korean ads often quote 공급면적 (supply area, including shared corridors and walls) in pyeong, while floor plans quote 전용면적 (exclusive area) in m². A “34평” apartment with 84 m² exclusive is normal — you converted two different areas. Always check which figure the listing is using before you compare homes.

Does this convert 전용면적 or 공급면적?
It converts whichever number you type. It does not know which area a listing meant. Convert 전용면적 to compare livable space; convert 공급면적 only if you are matching the advertised pyeong.
