A topical anti-androgen (already approved for acne as Winlevi) being studied for androgenetic hair loss. It blocks androgen receptors in the scalp locally, which could offer an anti-DHT effect applied to the skin rather than taken by mouth. Still investigational for hair at the time of writing.
