How often are touch-ups?
Artist-dependent, often years. There is no Drug Facts interval. Ask for their written aftercare, not a viral reel.
Will minoxidil make SMP blur?
Rubbing a wet solution on fresh dots can smear. After healing, minoxidil is still a scalp drug with its own label. Sequence them.
Is fading a reason to transplant instead?
Grafts and pigment solve different pictures. Density versus drawn stubble. A surgeon and an SMP artist are not interchangeable SKUs.
Can I donate blood after SMP?
Tattoo and SMP studios can trigger the same deferral rules as other tattoos in some blood services. Ask the blood centre, not the artist’s Instagram.
